Bookshark is the secular version of Sonlight and is a complete homeschool package sold by grade and includes a 36 week, 4 day schedule.
This group has been around since 1975. A good friend of mine has been using their complete package curriculum for years. There is a distance learning school option as well.
A variety of classes online on a range of subjects. My kids haven’t tried this year but reports are good.
Wide Open School – many subjects on one site for grades K-12
- This program is found in lots of full grade curriculum packages. I haven’t used it personally, but several homeschooling friends have recommended these books for vocabulary. This site has lessons you can do online for all ages (free, includes audio) My kids liked these a lot from grades 5 up.
- This is okay for a few months of travel – not great, but there’s very little prep time and it’s free. Overview and teacher guide are available, and it’s free! It’s also secular, self-paced (do as much or little as you want) and not based on Common Core.
